Recipe - Honey Mustard Glazed Porkchops

Just ask Angie about this one, it's also one of hubby's favorites, These are extremely easy and they taste great! !

Sarah’s pork chops –

2 pork chops
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons clear honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
Pepper

The best way to cook these is on the barbeque. Mix the mustard, honey and olive oil and whisk together. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and drown them in the honey mustard mixture. If you are you using the grill keep brushing the honey mustard glaze the whole time you’re cooking. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side brushing the chops every time you flip them. The honey will create a caramelized glaze and keep the chop moist. Don’t overcook, just make sure it’s cooked through. If you are using a pan, do the same thing, just put some olive oil in the pan and wait for it to be really hot before you dump the chops in.

Honest, I just made almost the same thing with lamb chops. Not being a meat (or mustard) person, I didn't try it. But, the crowd said 'YAY!' So, I say good recipe :)

OK. Instead of people fighting boredome for your comments, it should be fighting hunger :) Gah!
